4 weeks to go
Creativity and connecting with the natural world positively affect our wellbeing, so it is exciting to share a new evolution of Creative Nature to 4x whole day workshops throughout the year, reflecting the seasons: winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn and accompanying themes Imprint, Emerge, Unify and Forage. These will be held at Flordon Community Centre on Saturdays, 10am - 4pm, on 21/11/26, 6/3/27, 12/6/27 and 18/9/27. Each workshop includes a breathing meditation, a mindful walk and different creative processes that use natural, sustainable or recycled materials as far as possible, as well as blending in poetry, film and music. They would continue to work on a ‘pay what you can’ basis. No experience is needed and places are limited to 10 people due to equipment and venue, but also to ensure all have space and attention to be encouraged and learn new processes. Come along and enjoy!
