Global Week of Prayer

“Non-stop prayer in every nation on earth”

From 6th -13th September the 24-7 Prayer Movement are inviting the global church to pray day and night in every nation on earth. They are sensing God’s invitation to unite together to lift up the name of Jesus. The theme for this year is “at the name of Jesus” and is based on the scripture in Philippians 2:9-11. The vision is that as we pray together, acknowledging Jesus is Lord over all of the earth, we will encounter the beauty and power of God to carry Jesus into the places we find ourselves and ultimately our nations.

We invite you to participate in this event by meeting others to pray for an hour each day of that week. If you are unable to attend the meetings, please consider setting aside some time each day to pray at home. Arrangements have yet to be finalised but the current plan is to meet in Mulbarton Parish Church each evening between 6^th & 13yh September from 7.30pm-8.30pm.

You are warmly invited to a free event to a presentation about recycling ahead of the start of Food Waste Collection, organised by the EcoChurch team on behalf of Mulbarton Church in conjunction with South Norfolk recycling team and the Parish Council.

TUESDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER 7.30pm In the Jubilee Room of Mulbarton Village Hall

All welcome. Bring your own re-usable mug for refreshments. Bring your questions about recycling. Bring your ideas on where items that are not collected by the council can be recycled.
